Don’t Wait This Long to Deal With Premature Ejaculation

This will be a quick post, because I have to go meet some friends out for dinner.

But I was doing some research today (like I’m often doing), and I came across a very interesting statistic.

And actually it’s pretty heavy… Here it is:

The average guy with premature ejaculation problems waits 6 YEARS before doing anything about it.

.
.
.

I don’t know if you’ve fully internalized that one yet… So I’ll repeat it:

The average guy with premature ejaculation problems waits 6 YEARS before doing anything about it.

Man, when I read that, it hit me like a ton of bricks.

6 YEARS!!

I was really surprised when I learned that.

But then, after thinking about it, I figured out WHY guys take so long to get help.

It’s because if a guy goes out and get help, that means that he’s admitting that he’s got a PROBLEM.

I mean, I can see that line of thinking… It’s just like a guy refusing to go to the gas station and ask for directions because he’s LOST.

But it’s still DUMB.

Well…. Another way to think of this is that you have an OPPORTUNITY. An opportunity to improve yourself, and improve your life. So why not take advantage of that?

And I sincerely, sincerely hope YOU don’t wait 6 years before you do something about this.

You might think, “hey, 6 years, that’s not THAT bad, most of us live into our 70s…” But when you stop to think about that, that’s a solid chunk of your prime love-making years!

Most guys start having sex in their late teens or early twenties and then their sex life slows down in their 50s or 60s, or if you’re lucky, it keeps going into your seventies… But, really we’re talking about 10% or perhaps even 20% of your prime years.

Don’t Be That Guy!

Don’t waste your prime years because you’re afraid to admit failure. The most successful people in the world fail ALL the time. (Just go ahead and read the biographies of super-successful people like Michael Jordan, Donald Trump, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, and others — and you’ll learn that this is true). They’re willing to risk failure, and they’re willing to pick themselves up and keep going. And they’re willing to ask for help when they need it.

So if you’ve been waiting a long time to do something about it, then now’s the time.

Or, if you just realized that you’ve got a problem lasting longer in bed — GREAT — do something about it now.

And I’d like to offer you a solution — an immediate, downloadable, confidential solution — and best of all, you can definitely afford it.

Here’s what I’ve done… I’ve recorded an audio training lesson with my 7 Best Secrets for Lasting Longer in Bed.

You can get all the details about my audio training, right here:
http://theendurancereport.com/blog/download-mp3/

I created this audio training to help make it as EASY and convenient for you as possible to Take Action to solve this problem.

Hope you take my advice here, and think about that statistic (6 WHOLE YEARS, for crying out loud!) and Take Action tonight.

You’ll thank me when you look back on your “prime years” with warm happy feelings about all those wild nights, rather than looking back at regret on what could have been.

If you think the time is right to (finally) take some action, my audio training lesson might be a good starting point for you.

Ok, well my friend is about to pick me up to go out to dinner… He’s going to be here any minute, actually. I guess this post was longer than I expected it would be when I sat down to write, but it came out pretty fast.

Live your life to the fullest, and best of luck!

Treatment for Premature Ejaculation: Causes, Solutions, and Tips

This article provides advice regarding treatment for premature ejaculation (PE), a condition which affects 20% to 40% of men.

Before we get into specific treatment tips, it’s helpful to understand what causes PE.

Premature Ejaculation Causes

There are many causes, ranging from genetic and hereditary sources, to hormonal and neurological factors, to stress and performance anxiety, to past sexual experiences – including personal masturbation habits.

If you are experiencing premature ejaculation, ask yourself these questions:

  • Do you feel stress or anxiety about sex, especially with regards to performance anxiety about lasting longer in bed?
  • Have you made a habit of masturbating with the goal of reaching orgasm as soon as possible?

Stress/anxiety and fast masturbation patterns are two of the most common causes of premature ejaculation.

Here’s another question to ask yourself:

  • Have you always had this problem, or is this a new development, as a result of a different sexual partner?

If your PE is a new development, you may want to pay attention to your relationship, including the causes of stress or anxiety within this specific relationship.  Improving communication between you and your partner is key.

If your PE has always existed with any sexual partner, you may be dealing with genetic, hormonal, or neurological issues.  Don’t worry, if this is the case, your doctor can provide you with a prescription treatment for premature ejaculation.  Often times, drugs such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) can provide relief.

One additional premature ejaculation risk factor is whether or not you have erectile dysfunction (ED).  The reason for this is that you may rush sex for fear of losing your erection.

Most Men Can Cure Themselves of Premature Ejaculation Naturally

It’s important to note that very few men are born with the innate ability to control their orgasms.  Instead, this is something that nearly every man must learn to do.  The good news is that men are able to cure themselves through a premature ejaculation treatment consisting entirely of natural training and conditioning techniques.

If you’re like most men, and stress/anxiety and masturbation are causing your PE, then the best treatment for your premature ejaculation is to take action to counter these factors.  It’s a good idea to reserve more time for masturbating than you have in the past, so you consciously train yourself to last longer.  In addition, make it a habit to consciously reduce the stress in your life by practicing proper breathing techniques, getting regular exercise, and fixing your diet.

Premature Ejaculation Cure: How to Choose the Best Cure

When looking for a premature ejaculation cure, you have plenty of options.

However, before we begin to analyze the various choices you have, it’s worthwhile to step back and provide a definition of this common condition.

Definition of premature ejaculation

In the simplest terms, a man has premature ejaculation when he does not last long enough in bed to satisfy either himself or his partner.  Some experts say a man has PE if he doesn’t last 2 minutes, while others say he has PE if he doesn’t satisfy his partner at least 50% of the time.  The broadest (and best) definition of PE is simply “when a man’s inability to last causes distress for him or his partner.”

Sex is supposed to be fun, so it’s important to find a cure.  But before we get into that, it’s important to understand what can cause PE.

What causes premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation is caused by a range of things, including genetics, hormones, one’s past sexual experiences (and masturbation habits), as well as stress and sexual performance anxiety. Also, men who have erectile dysfunction (ED) are more at risk for developing PE because they may want to race through the act out of fear of losing their erection.

That said, the majority of men suffer from PE for two reasons.

Poor Masturbation Habits: Most men, at least when they’re adolescents, have the bad habit of rushing through masturbation, either out of fear of getting caught, or out of a desire to experience an orgasm as soon as possible.  While this is understandable, it’s also harmful because it effectively trains the body to ejaculate as soon as possible – and this pattern causes premature ejaculation later in life.

Stress and Performance Anxiety: Let’s face it, most of us are pretty stressed.  It’s important to identify source of stress and relief stress for several reasons, including your general health, as well as your sexual performance.  If you’re stressed out (either about life in general or about performing well in bed), you’re more likely to finish sooner than you’d like.  By practicing stress relief techniques (such as deep breathing, meditation, regular exercise, and yoga), you’ll be calmer in general, which will help you last longer.  Also, there are specific breathing techniques, which you can do while having sex, which are effective for lasting longer in bed.

What makes a good cure for premature ejaculation?

When reviewing the possible solutions and treatments, we recommend that you focus on two criteria:

1) The cure should be something that permanently reverses the causes (rather than providing a quick but temporary fix)

2) The cure should be natural, so that you avoid (known or unknown) negative side effects, which may be harmful to your health.

Here are some common treatments, which some comments about how they stack up with regards to our criteria outlined above.

Sprays/creams, specialty condoms and cock rings

  • Pro: Mostly natural; no known harmful side effects
  • Con: Only works as long you continue to use them
  • Overall rating: 4 out of 10.
  • Bottom line: Use these products if you need a quick fix, but don’t rely on them.

Drugs – specifically, antidepressants like Prozac, Paxil, etc. (which have the side effect of increased endurance)

  • Pro: Has been shown to work in clinical trials
  • Con: These drugs have other side effects, which can be harmful. And this will only work as long as you continue to take the drugs, which makes it an ineffective cure.
  • Overall rating: 2 out of 10.
  • Bottom line: Consider using these types of drugs if you have tried everything else and nothing works for you.  Of course, consult with your doctor about potential negative side effects.

Education, training and conditioning.

  • Pro:  100% natural and provides permanent results, because you’re addressing the root causes of premature ejaculation (fixing poor masturbation habits and eliminating stress)
  • Con: It’s not necessarily a super quick fix. Men normally do see improved results within days, and significant improvement within weeks.  But unlike the sprays and creams, it may not cure PE immediately.  However, this type of treatment does provide lasting results.
  • Overall rating: 9 out of 10.
  • Bottom line: With this type of natural treatment, most men find a permanent cure for premature ejaculation.  It doesn’t work for absolutely everybody, which is why we only give this approach a 9 out of 10 rather than a 10.  But it is where we recommend you start if you’re looking to last longer in bed.

Lasting Longer in Bed: 2 Proven Tactics for Success

Did you know that the vast majority of men are interested in lasting longer in bed? It’s true. Editors at Men’s Health magazine say that, by far, the number one question they receive from men is, “How can I last longer in bed?”

Some of these men have premature ejaculation, which is estimated to affect nearly a third of all men. But a significant proportion of them are men who are just looking for an extra edge so that they can better please their partners.

With that in mind, here are some tips for lasting longer in bed:

1) Identify and Reduce Sources of Stress

You’ll have better chances of lasting longer in bed if you can identify what causes you stress and cut out those harmful influences from your life. If you feel stressed or have body tension during sex, your body will seek an outlet for that tension, which commonly results in ejaculation occurring earlier than you would like.

The antidote is to get rid of your stress – inside and outside of the bedroom. Good ways to do this include exercise, yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. And, in addition, it’s a good idea to practice proper breathing techniques while you’re having sex, too. This will keep you calm and focused, which is what you need to be if you’re interested in lasting longer in bed.

2) Practice Really Does Make Perfect

The reason why a lot of men don’t last as long as they’d like is because they’ve effectively been training themselves to finish fast, ever since adolescence, as a result of their masturbation habits. After years of rushing through the process, the body becomes accustomed to that sort of timing – and this can lead to finishing earlier than you would like.

The good news is that you can train your body to last longer through proper masturbation techniques. Essentially, rather than getting it over with as fast as possible, reserve time for yourself, and extend the session for as long as you can. This type of focused training can help you get to know your body’s triggers and over time you will increase your threshold for stimulation.

Cure for Premature Ejaculation: What Makes a Good Cure?

This article discusses cures for premature ejaculation. However, before we get into specific cures, it’s helpful to provide a bit of context around the issue.

What exactly is premature ejaculation?

There are various definitions, including:

  • When a man is unable to last more than 2 minutes
  • When a man is not able to satisfy his partner (due to limited sex duration) more than 50% of the time
  • When the inability to last causes distress to one or both partners

Most experts prefer to use this last definition.

How common is premature ejaculation?

Estimates vary, but premature ejaculation is known to affect at least a quarter of all men, with other surveys suggesting the number may be close to half.

But, on the other hand, some surveys indicate that three-quarters of all men would like to last longer in bed.  While a significant portion of these men may not technically have premature ejaculation, it’s clear that the interest in lasting longer in bed is quite common.

What solutions are available for treating premature ejaculation?

There are various solutions available, including:

  • Desensitization sprays and creams and specialty condoms
  • Drugs, including supplements and prescription pharmaceuticals (some types of antidepressants have shown to have the side effect of improving sexual endurance)
  • “Distracting” oneself from the pleasure of sex in order to last longer
  • Training and conditioning exercises, including breathing and relaxation techniques, Kegel exercises, etc.

Clearly when it comes to solving premature ejaculation, a man has many options at his disposal.

However, I wouldn’t necessarily refer to all of these solutions as “cures.”

What counts a true “cure” for premature ejaculation?

My definition of a good “cure” is a solution that provides permanent relief while also NOT negatively altering the sexual experience.

For example, desensitization products do help men last longer, but they only work as long as you continue to use them, and the very reason that they work is because they remove the pleasure of sex.  Similarly, drugs and supplements may or may not work for different individuals, but they only provide the benefits for as long as you continue to take them (and pay the expensive costs of the treatments). Finally, “distracting” yourself from sex has become a popular solution to lasting longer; however, I don’t recommend that tactic because it robs you of the pleasure from sex, which should be one of the most enjoyable experiences of your life.

The best solution – and only true cure, in my book – is to follow a natural, healthy training regimen that focuses on improving your body’s ability to withstand stimulation without ejaculating.  With such natural training, the vast majority of men are able to cure premature ejaculation.

How to Stop Premature Ejaculation By Reducing Your Stress

Premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction that affects nearly one-third of all men.  It can have a devastating impact on a man’s self-confidence and has been known to cause relationship and marital problems if not addressed.  Fortunately, this condition is naturally treatable in the vast majority of instances.

Far too many men are given inaccurate – even harmful – advice about how to stop premature ejaculation.  One common piece of (incorrect) advice is that you should “distract” yourself during sex in order to last longer.  To be clear, this is NOT the recommended way to improve your endurance. This approach – such as thinking about baseball statistics, or other non-sexual objects – does work for some men, but it’s simply no way to live your life, and it usually is not a long-term solution.

When you distract yourself like this, you’re essentially training your mind to ignore the pleasure resulting from sex.  Why would you want to do this?  Why would you want to rob yourself of the enjoyment of what should be the most pleasurable activity in your life?  It is entirely insensible – and unnecessary – to follow that faulty advice.  Instead of taking your mind OFF from the moment, you should increase your focus ON the present moment, while remaining calm.  With this calm focus will come increased confidence, and you will begin to last longer in bed, because you’ll be relaxed and less concerned about performing well – instead, you’ll just enjoy yourself in the moment.

Reducing your stress levels is a critical component of stopping premature ejaculation.  The best way to reduce stress is to practice proper breathing techniques, meaning that you breathe so that your stomach expands, rather than your chest.  Breathing in this way will provide you with increased calm and enhanced focus.

Keep in mind, there are two types of stress that you’ll need to reduce: stress caused by everyday activities (outside the bedroom), and anxiety caused by sex itself.  By practicing proper breathing techniques regularly – throughout your daily routine, and during sex – you will reduce your stress levels and improve your endurance.

Finally, to stop premature ejaculation, you have to have a commitment to improvement, and a firm belief in yourself.  In other words, you need to maintain a positive mental outlook.  In order to achieve your goal, you need to have a goal in the first place, and then you need to take the necessary steps to reach your objective.

The Ejaculation Trainer: A Review

The Ejaculation Trainer is an ebook that teaches you how to last longer in bed.  This blog post is my first review of The Ejaculation Trainer, or any other premature ejaculation product, for that matter.

Here are the basics:

Author: Matt Gorden (who recently changed his name from Matt Wutzke)

Topic: How to Last Longer in Bed, How to Cure Premature Ejaculation

Product Details: 147 pages, book delivered in electronic format (download to your computer)

Summary of Contents:

  1. What is premature ejaculation
  2. Controlling your arousal
  3. Mental techniques for controlling premature ejaculation
  4. Breathing techniques
  5. The importance of the perineal muscles
  6. Masturbation do’s and don’ts (be sure to pay attention to this chapter)
  7. Sex techniques for lasting longer in bed
  8. Lowering her threshold (this is my favorite chapter)
  9. Multiple orgasms (did you know men could do this??)
  10. Quick solutions & tips (helpful “emergency” tactics)

OK, here’s my review of The Ejaculation Trainer, focusing on what I consider to be the three most important criteria for evaluating a product:  1) Customer Experience, 2) Effectiveness, and 3) Value.

1) Customer Experience: A-

Cosmetics: In terms of cosmetics, Matt’s book is not the prettiest ebook in the world.  But you know what, who cares?  I certainly didn’t. I don’t buy something like this for how fancy it looks, I buy it for the helpful information.  And Matt’s book provided a ton of helpful information (more on that later).

Readability: Matt’s book goes through some rather complex issues of how the ejaculation process works, and all of the various biological and neurological processes that affect your endurance in bed.  But he weaves it all together so that it makes sense.  This all follows the premise that you need to know your enemy before you can defeat him.  By truly understanding what causes premature ejaculation, you’ll be better prepared to cure yourself.  So, overall, he does a very good job with explaining a complex subject in a way that everybody can understand.

2) Effectiveness: A

In addition to providing a really in-depth explanation of what premature ejaculation is, and how the whole biological process works, Matt also provides a ton of tips and advice.  He covers dozens of tricks and moves and techniques that you can use to last longer in bed. My favorite thing about his advice is how he provides a lot of options, including a recommended training program for best long-term (permanent) results, as well as a bunch of short-term (emergency) tactics.

I recommend you focus on the long-term training program, which is very effective.  But the short-term emergency tactics are also helpful if you’re literally going on a hot date tonight and need some fast help.

3) Value: A-

Yeah, the price of Matt’s book might be more than what you would normally pay for a book in the bookstore.  But the nice thing about an ebook is that it’s much more private.  Nobody is going to see it laying around on your bookshelf if you don’t want them to.  You can keep it in a secret folder in your computer, if that’s what you want to do.  So, it’s really a very convenient product, in terms of the formatting.

Bottom line: Whether you’re just looking for the extra edge to go from 5 minutes to 15 minutes, or if you’ve been suffering from premature ejaculation for years, Matt’s book is a terrific resource.

How to Have Long Sex: Tips for Increasing Your Endurance

Premature ejaculation is the number 1 sexual dysfunction affecting men.  Twenty-five to forty percent of all men have this condition, also known as “PE,” which can wreck a man’s self-confidence and cause significant damage to a relationship if not treated properly.

But as common and widespread as premature ejaculation is, the vast majority of men are able to recover as a result of natural training techniques.

The trick is to first understand what’s causing your lack of control and lack of endurance.  Once you identify those triggers, you’ll be well on your way to lasting longer.

Here are some of the common causes of PE:

Masturbating too fast: This bad habit essentially trains your mind and body to ejaculate prematurely.  If this sounds familiar, you need to change your ways.

Stress and performance anxiety: Do you have a lot of stress?  Pay attention to what’s causing stress in your life and take measures to reduce it.  When reducing your stress, choose healthy, natural techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, exercise and yoga.

Erectile dysfunction (ED): If you suffer from ED, you’re at greater risk for developing PE.  This happens frequently because men rush out of fear that they’ll lose the erection.

Most men develop PE as a result of poor masturbation habits, performance anxiety, and general stress. Chances are these triggers are at the root of your problem as well.

The best course of action then is to fix your masturbation habits and to decrease your stress.

Decrease Your Stress: Practice taking deep breaths for several minutes a day (with the eventual goal of 20 minutes per day).  Practice breathing in for 4 to 5 seconds, and then out for 5 to 6 seconds.

Tip: Remember to focus on your breathing during sex, too.  This will calm you down and help you last longer.

Retrain Your Mind and Body: As I mentioned earlier, poor masturbation habits can cause you to finish too quickly.  Well, the good news is that developing good masturbation habits is one of the most effective ways to train yourself to last longer in bed.

Premature Ejaculation Cures: 6 Tips for Lasting Longer in Bed

If you’re looking for premature ejaculation cures, you’ve come to the right place.  This article provides you with 6 proven techniques for lasting longer in bed.

Cure #1: Stop Rushing! Most men get into the habit of masturbating with the intent of finishing fast.  Usually this bad habit develops in adolescence, and it is a leading cause of premature ejaculation.  Why?  This habit essentially trains your mind and body to “get it over with” as soon as possible.  So put a stop to this.

Cure #2.  Practice Taking Your Time. Stopping bad masturbation habits is one side of the equation. The other side is to actually use masturbation to improve your endurance.  Instead of getting it over with quickly, reserve 10, 20, or 30 minutes for yourself.  Pay attention to your body, and work on increasing your threshold for stimulation (without ejaculation).

Cure #3: Sprays and Creams. There “desensitization” creams and sprays available, which help many men last longer. These products can be effective, but they come with a price – you won’t feel as much pleasure.  So it depends whether that trade off is worth it to you.  In my opinion this isn’t the best route, but you have to decide for yourself.

Cure #4:  Reduce Your Stress and Anxiety. This is sort of a longer term method.  In other words, by reducing your stress, you may not double or triple your endurance overnight, but it’s the best route to a permanent solution?  That’s because a significant percentage of instances of premature ejaculation occur due to stress and anxiety (particularly “performance anxiety”) about sex.  Eliminate your stress and anxiety and you’ll strike at the heart of the problem.  Two of the best ways to reduce stress include deep breathing, meditation, yoga, and regular exercise.

Cure #5: Practice Deep Breathing. This advice was included in the previous cure, but it’s worth repeating.  Practicing proper breathing techniques will not only lower your general stress levels, they’ll also help you last longer while having sex. In particular, you’ll experience improved stamina if you breathe out when thrusting in.  Breathe in for 4-5 seconds and out for 5-6 seconds.  This tip worked very well for me, give it a shot.

Cure #6: Premature Ejaculation Exercises. Kegel exercises strengthen your pelvic muscles and can provide you with improved control.  Do 5-10 repetitions several times per day, and you’ll begin to feel like a new man.  The nice thing about these exercises is that you can really do them anywhere, and nobody will notice that you’re working on your stamina.

How to Last Long in Bed: 3 Tips for Increasing Your Endurance

The inability to last long in bed is a problem that twenty to forty percent of men struggle with repeatedly throughout their lives.  When the man is unable to last long enough to satisfy his partner at least 50% of the time, he has a condition known as premature ejaculation (PE).  PE can have a real strain on a romantic relationship, and it can cause significant stress and damage to a man’s self-confidence.  The good news is that this condition is treatable through natural methods in the vast majority of men.

Meanwhile, even men who do not technically have “premature ejaculation” want to know how to last long in bed. According to Men’s Health magazine, this is the #1 question they receive from their readers. (And keep in mind, Men’s Health is the world’s largest men’s magazine, with 38 editions around the world, and 12 million monthly readers).  Clearly, this question is on the minds of many men.

So, without delay, here are 3 tips that should help you last long in bed tonight:

1. End your “quick” masturbation habits.

Many men have the tendency to masturbate with the goal of finishing quickly.  Usually this habit develops in adolescence out of a fear of being discovered.  While this habit is as understandable as it is common, it’s also a leading cause of premature ejaculation.  So, next time you have the urge to get it over with quickly, stop and realize that what you’re actually doing is training your mind and body to finish fast, rather than last long.

2. Apply more lubrication.

This is a secret that a lot of men aren’t aware of: If you use extra lubrication while having sex, there is less friction.  The result of this is that you won’t be quite as sensitive, and you should be able to last longer.

(Note: There are other products available such as sprays and creams and specialty condoms that will totally desensitize you.  However, this isn’t recommended.  After all, what’s the point of sex if you can’t enjoy it?)

3. Reduce your stress.

For many men, the root cause of premature ejaculation is stress and anxiety – particularly, “performance anxiety.” Focusing on your breathing is the most surefire (and safest) way to reduce stress.   Regular exercise and proper nutrition will also help to reduce your stress and increase your energy levels.

Side note: A lot of men will recommend “distracting” yourself in bed, so that you can last longer.  For example, some men do multiplication tables, and others think of baseball statistics.  However, most experts recommend that you increase your focus on “the moment,” rather than distracting yourself.  This “distraction” technique is similar to desensitizing your body.  It’s much better (and healthier) to be fully engaged in the moment, and will most likely prove to be more effective in the long-term than simply taking your mind away from intercourse.
