Here’s a big question I get asked all the time: “Is ALL Masturbation Bad?”

The truth is, when used CORRECTLY, masturbation is the single-most effective training tool you have.

But you need to make sure that you’re doing it right, or else you’ll just end up making things worse.

So here’s what you need to do…

Reserve Time for “MARATHON” Training

The biggest mistake guys make is “quick” masturbation, which essentially trains you to finish as fast as possible.

So, you need to do the OPPOSITE.

Set aside ENOUGH TIME!

For example, if you want to last 20 minutes in bed, then make sure that you have AT LEAST 20 minutes for “practice.’

Otherwise, you’ll just be training yourself for a “sprint.” Instead, you want to train yourself for a MARATHON. :-)

Then, as you’re taking your time, remember to incorporate the other pieces of advice I’ve given you. For example, Pay attention to your arousal, and make sure you’re doing deep breathing to stay calm and clear.
