How To Gain Control
The first and #1 most important thing you need to do, to last longer in bed, is to control your AROUSAL.
(In case you don’t know, “arousal” is a state of sexual excitement. It’s another way of saying “turned on.” When you’re aroused, you get an erection).
So, here’s what you need to do:
FIRST, “Take Your Temperature”
To control your arousal, you need to be aware of it in the first place. Start paying closer attention to your arousal.
NEXT, “Stay Cool”
When you get aroused, your body tenses up, and this causes you to finish too quickly. (There are biological reasons for this, that I don’t have time to go into now).
The Bottom Line: You want to remain as calm and relaxed as possible!

Buna Charlie ,am o mare problema cu ejacularea precoce; iti cer cu disperare sa ma ajuti cu problema mea .Dar mai am o problema : nu am incredere in a plati cu cartea de credit pe internet (cu problemele din ziua de azi ,cu furturile …etc).TREBUIE SA MA AJUTI …te rog

Buna Charlie, am o MARE problema cu ejacularea precoce si incep sa ma stresez tot mai tare pe tema asta .Am vazut paginile din internet si vreau sa cumpar si eu cartea ta dar nu am incredere sa platesc cu cartea de credit pe internet .Sper din tot sufletul sa ma poti ajuta si sa-mi dai cateva sfaturi …….astept un raspuns salutare
