If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, then you know that I’m a BIG believer in stress relief.
As I explain in my new book (“Step-By-Step Guide to Lasting Longer in Bed”), you need to be relaxed in bed, in order to last longer. But you also need to learn how to conquer everyday stress, before it creeps into the bedroom and sabotages your sex life.
In one of my recent posts, I talked about how deep breathing is critical to lasting longer in bed.
Sounds simple right? Well, fortunately, it is.
But the tricky thing about deep breathing and other forms of stress relief is that you might know what you’re supposed to do… but it’s still hard to get yourself to actually do it.
Plus, it really does help to know how to do it the right way. Breathing in for 3-4 seconds and out for 4-5 seconds is a pretty helpful approximation. But, as it turns out, everybody is a little bit different. And if you know exactly how to breathe the right way, with the right timing, you can become much more relaxed more quickly. And as a result, you’ll have much more control in bed.
Enter: The StressEraser.

If you want to train your body to breathe in the EXACT way, so that you achieve total relaxation and reduce your everyday stress levels, this gadget is a godsend.
Here’s how it works…
It’s a biofeedback device, which means that it gives you real-time feedback on bodily functions — in this case, your heart rate. (Specifically, it’s a “heart rate variability” biofeedback device).
You stick your finger in it, and breathe. Then on the screen, it measures the rate of change in your heart rate. It scores you on how well you’re breathing, in terms of how relaxed you’re getting.
Basically, it makes meditative breathing easy and fun, almost like a game.
And, what’s really cool about this gadget is that it’s about the size of a deck of cards, so you can carry it around with you wherever you go. So you can pull it out and get relaxed at a moment’s notice.
Personally, I like to use it in the morning and at night. It’s great for relaxing right before bed.
And the whole point of “biofeedback,” as far as I can tell, is that you gradually train your body to know exactly how to breathe in such a way so that you can “erase your stress,” quickly.
Back when I got mine, years ago, these were selling for $300 or $400. But, as with most high-tech gadgets, the price has really come down recently. They’re now selling for a FRACTION of that price.
So, if you’re looking to reduce and better manage your stress — whether to last longer in bed, or to improve your general quality of life — go grab a StressEraser. It just may change your life.
